The internal process includes material receiving, fabric spreading, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality inspection and packing. Bulk production is arranged after the sample and construction requirements have been confirmed.

Quality Inspection and Order Coordination

In-line inspection checks whether the placket remains flat, the collar is symmetrical and the stitching is stable. Finished garments receive a full inspection before entering finishing and packing.
