Production Inspection and Order Handling

 

The inspection process includes fabric checking, in-line inspection and full finished-garment inspection. Elastic fabrics such as cotton-spandex, polyester-spandex and nylon-spandex are checked for measurements, stitching, stretch, recovery and surface appearance.

The sewing method must allow the garment to extend with the fabric. Inspectors therefore pay attention to seams that may restrict movement, create puckering or affect dimensional stability.

After inspection, finished products enter the finishing, packing and shipment process. Merchandising staff can provide production progress updates and coordinate delivery arrangements.
