Core Functional Treatments: Incorporate special ceramic powders into the fabric for heat retention; apply PTFE coatings for waterproof and breathable capabilities; use fluorine-based agents for water-repellent finishing; and utilize special fiber structures to achieve quick-drying and UV-resistant properties.
Seam Sealing/Reinforcement: For hard-shell garments (e.g., technical shells), employ PU waterproof coatings combined with heat-pressed seam sealing tape to seal all stitch holes and prevent water leakage.
Advanced Seamless Technologies
Seamless Bonding: Includes heat-press bonding, ultrasonic welding, and laser welding. These methods bond fabrics without stitching, completely eliminating leakage at needle holes while enhancing the garment's smoothness and durability.
