The physical sample can be used to review fabric hand feel, garment measurements, ventilation areas and seam appearance. Cutting and sewing methods are adjusted according to the characteristics of lightweight polyester, mesh and elastic fabrics. Bulk production is arranged after the sample details have been approved.

Quality Control, Packing and Purchasing Value

 

Quality control covers incoming fabric inspection, production-stage checks and full inspection of finished garments. Inspection points include fabric appearance, garment measurements, stitching quality, elasticity and the placement of breathable panels.

Lightweight and elastic fabrics require careful handling because stretching during cutting or sewing may affect measurements and seam appearance. Inspectors therefore check whether the finished garment follows the approved size and whether the seams remain stable during normal extension.

After inspection, the products enter finishing, packing and shipment preparation. Product and packing requirements are confirmed before delivery. Merchandising staff can follow the production schedule and coordinate packing and shipment arrangements.
